By Amy Chen Investors who bought homes in Metro Vancouver last year at the height of the bubble are dumping them at a loss to flee the market in a hurry as prices continues to tumble, recent sales listings show.
Canada’s current regulatory framework focused on just keeping individual banks safe without looking at the overall economy will not be able to cope with a sudden correction of the housing market or personal debt levels, according to a paper released
